Very nice lobby and friendly staff. The rooms are also really clean and the beds are comfortable. They also provide all the needed toiletries and more then enough towels for your stay. I ended up getting a room on the 17th floor and the view is superb as well.

Rooms are very comfy with a nice modern look, super clean. The view from the room is amazing!Location is great: at the heart of Saint-Rock, downtown Quebec with buses nearby that go downtown. Nice but minimal breakfast included. The staff was serviceable. The pool and gym were not super crowded and really clean. Good for kids!

Beautiful hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. We traveled with our young son and they let us have a late checkout so he could nap a little longer.

Views from higher floors are mind-blowing. The bed is probably the best hotel bed i've ever been to :) Excellent sleeping quality. Sound-proofing is alright. Bathroom is spacy. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, all top quality and smell amazing.

Great central location, lots of handy amenities, super helpful staff, late check out. Nice pool and gym. Little extras like reading lights and great soap products. We had a beautiful view of the cathedral.

The room was very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, very comfy bed and with an interesting layout and a nice view of the Church from our window. We also appreciated that housekeeping came in to spruce out the room while we were gone for the day. Overall, a really great stay! We did not use the restaurant or gym/pool facilities, so can't comment

The staff is so friendly and kind, the hotel is super clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and parking was a great solution.

Cleaning service was great and thorough, came every day. Good mix of English & French TV channels for those who are not bilingual, which is a relatively rare event in Quebec these days. Beds were very comfortable.

Room was good, good location. Staff was nice, and the location is really good. Just avoid one of the side streets due to the presence of homeless people. Good and modern hotel overall.
